"Engrenage", a new skiing route in the north face of the Grand Bargy

Probably a new skiing route in the north face of the Bargy range ! The route begins with a vertical gully of a dozen of meters that requires a rappel during the descent. Then, a 45° couloir ends up at some cliffs, which can be avoided on the right using a system of steep slopes and gullies up to the Grand Bargy ridge. A great route if you enjoy tricky skiing ! Gear : 40m rope, 2 technical ice axes for the bottom gully, and 2 pitons. Safe snow conditions are absolutely necesary.
